By registering for the event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
All registrations are reviewed by the ConstructAfrica Summit & Awards team to ensure that the correct ticket category has been selected.
If an adjustment is required, a member of the team will contact you directly.
Please ensure that the information provided during registration is accurate, including your name, organisation, contact details, delegate category, and payment information.
Delegate passes are only confirmed after successful payment.
Completing the registration form alone does not secure your pass or guarantee access to the event.
Once payment has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check your spam or junk folder if the confirmation email is not delivered to your inbox.
Each confirmed attendee will receive their own registration confirmation and event access details.
Please ensure that you select the correct ticket category when booking.
All registrations are monitored and verified by the ConstructAfrica Summit & Awards team.
If an incorrect category is selected, a member of the team may contact you to assist with the correction.
Where the team is unable to resolve an incorrect registration, the registration may be cancelled and any applicable refund will be processed in line with the event refund process.

In the unlikely event that the ConstructAfrica Summit & Awards 2026 is postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including force majeure, government regulations, venue restrictions, security concerns, or other events beyond the organiser's control, paid delegate fees may be:
The organiser will communicate any postponement, cancellation, or rescheduling updates through the official event communication channels.
Only confirmed and paid delegates will be granted access to the event.
Delegate passes are non-transferable during the event unless prior approval has been granted by the organiser.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose registration is incomplete, whose payment has not been confirmed, or whose behaviour is considered disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with the standards of the event.
By registering, you agree to receive event-related communications, including confirmation emails, payment receipts, programme updates, delegate information, event reminders, and post-event communications.

By registering for the ConstructAfrica Summit & Awards 2026, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the purpose of managing your registration, processing payment, providing event access, communicating event updates, and delivering event-related services.

Your information may be shared with trusted service providers only where necessary to deliver event services, such as payment processing, registration management, badge production, event communications, or onsite check-in.
The event may be photographed, filmed, recorded, or livestreamed for promotional, media, archival, and reporting purposes.
By attending the event, you consent to being included in photography, video, audio, or other media captured during the event.
If you do not wish to be included in such media, please notify the organiser in writing before the event.
All delegates are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the event.
Harassment, discrimination, abusive behaviour, disruption, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.
The organiser reserves the right to remove any attendee who violates this code of conduct, without refund.
Access to the Awards Gala is included for all confirmed paid delegates, including Primary Delegate and Vendor Delegate registrations.
Only delegates with completed registration and confirmed payment will be granted access to the Awards Gala.
The organiser reserves the right to verify each delegate's registration status before granting entry to the gala.
The organiser reserves the right to make final decisions regarding registration approval, ticket category corrections, event access, refunds, participation, and onsite conduct.
All decisions will be made in the interest of maintaining a professional, secure, and well-managed event experience.
